This is a senior coding role with strong technical leadership capabilities.

  • We are seeking a Lead Software Developer to spearhead technical initiatives and drive the success of a software engineering team.
  • The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, cutting-edge technologies, and best practices.
  • The Lead Software Developer will oversee the design, development, and implementation of new software systems and enhancements to existing platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and guiding a team of software engineers to deliver complex projects on time.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based and desktop applications.
  • Providing technical guidance in all aspects of software development processes.
  • Ensuring all software engineering projects meet high quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive experience in various programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc.
  • Strong experience as a full stack developer, capable of working proficiently at both backend and frontend levels.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring software engineers with a focus on their growth and professional development.
