Senior Software Development Role

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of complex software applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient software systems using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and prioritize business needs, providing technical leadership and expertise to drive solution delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
  • Design and implement Disaster Recovery plans to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Service Management tools, and SDLC principles.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to drive project success through active listening and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development, with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
