  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion OTBI and BIP.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Applications is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with system development within an agreed development life cycle.
