Job Description">

As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses scale securely by developing and implementing cutting-edge security and compliance programs.

You will specialize in compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, empowering companies to meet regulatory standards and strengthen their cybersecurity posture from day one.

Our fast-growing startup is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Compliance Manager to lead and develop a team of managers and analysts across multiple accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working with cybersecurity compliance frameworks, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Manage and coordinate multiple cybersecurity compliance projects.
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and analysts.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity-focused compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

The ideal candidate will analyze and interpret cybersecurity regulatory requirements, communicate directly with clients to address compliance concerns, and provide strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.

We are looking for someone with proven experience working directly with US clients, strong organizational skills, and experience thriving in a startup environment.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret cybersecurity regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance regulations.
