Junior Digital Media Buyer Role Overview

The Junior Digital Media Buyer plays a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy forward, focusing on the planning, execution, and daily optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for launching, monitoring, and maintaining campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other prominent platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing budgets, bids, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.

Collaboration with internal creative teams is also essential, as you will provide feedback on ad concepts and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Your analytical skills will come into play when assisting in pulling reports and compiling performance insights using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and spreadsheets.

Additionally, you will support the implementation of pixels, conversion tracking (via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.), and troubleshoot issues that arise. Staying up-to-date on digital advertising trends, emerging platforms, and competitor campaigns is also an integral part of your responsibilities.

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related field. Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn is a must. A basic understanding of tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters is also necessary.
