Job Opportunity: Marketing Strategist

We're seeking a creative and results-driven marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building engaging online communities, driving brand awareness, and turning followers into customers.

The successful candidate will develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms to grow reach and engagement. They will plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with the brand's voice and campaign goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content
  • Monitoring performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on insights
  • Staying up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships
  • Engaging with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency. Strong copywriting and content creation skills, along with a solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting, are essential.

In addition, familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus. Highly organized, creative, and adaptable individuals in a fast-paced environment will thrive in this role.

Requirements
