Tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product visuals and user experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring designs meet brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and iterate on the design of The Upskill Academy's digital products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure bold and innovative design solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the software development industry.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a small team and communicate design ideas clearly.
  • A portfolio showcasing bold and creative design solutions, with a focus on creating a sense of belonging for users.
  • Worked within startups
