As a product leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our catalog, from product strategy to purchasing.

This role requires collaboration with various teams, manufacturers, and customers. It involves owning the full lifecycle – from sourcing and technical setup through launch, documentation, inventory forecasting, and restocking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to expert for all product-related questions and concerns
  • Support technical scoping and assist on large or complex RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
  • Train internal teams and provide tools that make it easier to sell and support what we offer
  • Build and maintain spec sheets, documentation, and internal product resources
Focus Areas
  • Owning accuracy and documentation across our product listings
  • Monitoring performance, returns, and customer feedback
  • Identifying gaps and leading the addition of new products
  • Forecasting demand and ensuring inventory levels meet business needs

This role plays a crucial part in how we grow and operate. You will help shape what we carry, how we launch it, and how we support it. You will work closely with leadership and collaborate across teams to keep the business running smoothly and moving forward.
