Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Food and Beverage department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage resources effectively, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Foster excellent levels of internal and external customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Menu Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design menus that meet customer preferences and business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Commissary Operations: Oversee commissary operations, ensuring seamless logistics and efficient use of resources.
  • Supplier Assessment: Evaluate suppliers to ensure they meet approved standards and criteria.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they align with approved budgets and financial targets.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on operational efficiency, results, and productivity.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in F&B management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Working knowledge of computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Mastery in delegating tasks and managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food and beverages trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded approach.
