Job Overview

This is a pivotal role that involves overseeing key accounts to drive business growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have a proven track record of success in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure at least 5 new brands with a minimum of 2 branches each, expanding our customer base and increasing revenue streams.
  • Utilize various channels to identify and pursue potential clients, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Engage with prospective leads through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, nurturing them until they become paying customers.
  • Develop customized offers and partnership onboarding schemes tailored to each client's needs, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized information and keep track of client databases, providing valuable insights for future partnerships and business development.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
