Job Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and handle confidential travel logistics.
  • Communication: Draft, edit, and prepare high-level correspondence, executive reports, and strategic presentations.
  • Document Management: Oversee document management, including sensitive client files and project tracking.
  • Research: Perform in-depth research for executive decisions, candidate profiles, and market insights.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams on ad-hoc projects and executive initiatives.
  • Candidate Liaison: Liaise with high-profile clients and candidates, ensuring polished and professional interactions.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute executive events, board meetings, and leadership workshops.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools like Google Workspace.
  • Aptitude: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Communication: Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Confidentiality: Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
