Job Overview

This is a remote opportunity to advance your career by supporting mortgage lending processes. As a Salesforce Support Specialist, you will be part of a team that connects businesses with dedicated full-time teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Qualification & CRM Support: Assist in vetting and qualifying inbound leads; maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including contact history and loan progress; monitor shared inboxes and triage client inquiries for timely follow-up.
  2. Application & Documentation Support: Prepare and lodge client applications under guidance from colleagues; ensure all supporting documents are complete and compliant with regulatory standards; track outstanding items and follow up with clients to meet submission timelines.
  3. Client Communication & Service: Draft client emails and follow-up messages post-meeting or post-settlement; support calendar scheduling for client calls and virtual meetings; assist with post-settlement servicing tasks such as loan increases or document updates.
  4. Reporting & Process Improvement: Maintain task logs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives; prepare weekly reports on lead conversion, application status, and service level adherence; identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions.
Requirements
  1. Strong written English and client service skills
  2. High attention to detail and task ownership
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  4. Familiarity with mortgage lending processes and compliance
  5. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  6. Salesforce (CRM) and nCino
  7. Microsoft Office (particularly Teams and Outlook)
  8. Document management systems
