Job Title: Customer Support Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to provide exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and hands-on experience with Gorgias and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers via Gorgias (email, chat, or social channels).
  • Handle customer inquiries, order updates, returns, and refunds efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot product and order-related issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Ensure all product updates are accurate and aligned with company branding.
  • Monitor and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Gorgias (required)
  • Hands-on experience managing products in Shopify (required)
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
