Pioneer Healthcare Account CSR Job Opening
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative for the Pioneer Healthcare account. As a Healthcare Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to customers, helping them with their inquiries and needs related to our client's products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information and assistance on our client's products and services over the phone.
- Build strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Two years of college or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in an International Voice Account setting.
- Good English communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Strong customer orientation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
