Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading faculty programs and student events related to EMC, as well as assisting with operational matters involving the EMC Academics team. This includes assignment of academic load, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, policy development and implementation, and administrative work related to faculty concerns and requests.

Additionally, the selected candidate will observe online classes, provide feedback to instructors, undertake periodic curriculum review and development, and ensure that soft skills and values are deeply integrated in all college programs and/or subjects to make students and graduates industry-ready.

They will also teach course-related subjects (9-12 units per trimester) and work closely with the program head to achieve organizational goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant post-graduate or bachelor's degree in computer science, electronic and multimedia computing, or similar fields;
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in game development, game design, and/or game production;
  • General background and/or experience in the academe is an advantage;
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal);
  • Strong relationship-building and business communication skills; and
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
