About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team. While the primary focus will be on AR, we expect the analyst to have a proactive and open mindset, willing to collaborate and learn across other business functions to support the broader team of business analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the AR team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate processing of AR transactions.
  • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  • Oversee the end-to-end AR process, including but not limited to invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with US AR regulations, policies, and procedures.

What You Bring:

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any major (finance or accounting would be a plus).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an AR Specialist in a US-based company.
  • In-depth knowledge of US AR regulations, compliance, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
