We seek a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to manage our financial transactions, payroll processing, and data entry tasks.
- Accurately record financial transactions in Zoho Books, ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts and accuracy in records.
- Process payroll efficiently, adhering to tax regulations, company policies, and relevant laws.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking to maintain optimal cash flow.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets to inform strategic business decisions.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits accurately and securely.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and payroll regulations through diligent adherence to established procedures.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and year-end financial reporting processes effectively.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the finance team to enhance financial processes and efficiency.
Requirements:- Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, payroll management, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and other Zoho finance applications.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent data entry skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.
