Compensation and Benefits Professional

This is a key role in the organization, responsible for collaborating with HR professionals to enhance and standardize corporate global compensation and benefits strategies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in market analysis, compensation surveys, and benefits design. They should also possess strong analytical, project management, and process management skills, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

This position requires extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as the ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.

The successful candidate will be able to utilize various tools to support compensation and benefits programs and initiatives, including SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal/external market analysis for regional pay ranges.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys.
  • Partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits team to manage global merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
  • Design and manage benefits programs for the region.
  • Develop dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
