Ad Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ad Campaign Specialist to join our team. As an Ad Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end setup and launch of digital ad campaigns across various platforms.

Your primary focus will be on creating compelling ad copy, structured snippets, and sitelinks, as well as conducting data-driven optimization of active campaigns to enhance ad performance and meet client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support sales with campaign proposals and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the setup and launch of digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct proactive, data-driven optimization of active campaigns to improve ad performance and meet client KPIs.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to provide data-driven insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and provide timely updates while collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support sales with campaign proposals and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads UI and Editor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Advertising UI and Editor.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or similar tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ad copy creation best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and internal reporting.
