Job Summary

We seek an accomplished risk management professional to lead our efforts in mitigating and managing enterprise-wide risks for our fintech business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk frameworks to cover credit, operational, compliance, and liquidity risks.
  • Design and optimize employee loan approval policies and credit scoring models to ensure accurate risk assessments.
  • Maintain and enhance fraud detection systems and alternative data-driven risk assessment models to minimize potential losses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance risk control with business growth objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the salary loan industry.
  • Proven expertise in credit risk modeling, data analysis, and statistical tools such as SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with B2B2C business models and salary loan products is essential.
