Job Title: Creative Production Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our team.

This role involves hands-on creation of creative assets for emails, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee the production workflow, manage a team of graphic designers and creators, and act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure all assets align with brand standards and business objectives.

  • Creative Asset Development: Actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (marketing, design, content) and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals across various marketing platforms.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
Skill Requirements:
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
