About the role

This is a full-time Production Manager based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the production processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet sales targets and customer demands
  • Manage production schedules, workflow, and inventory to maximise productivity and minimise waste
  • Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to align production with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies
  • Lead and motivate a team of production personnel, including supervisors and technicians
  • Identify and address any production-related issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  • Excellent understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
  • Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experienced in multi-process manufacturing production line
  • Will oversee operations & procedures
