The Water Resources Engineering Manager oversees water and transportation projects, utilizing engineering expertise and project management skills to support multidisciplinary consultancy activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement effective project management principles to deliver tasks on time and to required standards.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maintain quality and timeliness of project outcomes.
- Contribute to commercial success of projects and teams.
- Evaluate staff understanding of Company Code of Conduct and Business Integrity Policy.
- Effectively manage compliance risks associated with area of responsibility.
- Establish processes for managing compliance risk.
- Report and address suspected non-compliance incidents.
- Understand and effectively manage WHS risks associated with local operations.
- Provide necessary resources and processes for managing WHS effectively.
- Report and act on WHS performance and incidents.
