Senior Creative Director for Game Design

This role demands a perfectionist who is meticulous in detail and strives to exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the team achieves its objectives while implementing top-notch designs.
Main Responsibilities- Provide constructive feedback to the level design team.
- Pitch innovative ideas or concepts to engage users in existing projects.
- Work closely with the design team to develop new content across all projects within the organization.
- Review and revise levels with the level design team.
- Tune levels based on analytics data.
- At least 1+ year of experience as a level designer or similar role on casual, puzzle or free-to-play games.
- Familiarity with Unity 3D is essential.
- Experience in developing games across various platforms including mobile, console and PC.
- In-depth understanding of free-to-play/casual level design principles.
