We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at MANILA NATURE'S LINK CORP. This role will be responsible for the monthly filing of Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Issuances, Receiving Report, and Return from Clients and Series.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and record all reasonable discounts on supplier invoices.
  • Record cash receipts and make bank deposits.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
  • Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company's financial statements.
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
  • Maintain the chart of accounts.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
