Job Overview

Data analysts play a crucial role in helping organizations make informed decisions by extracting insights from data.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Engagement & KPI Definition
    • Work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
    • Identify key performance indicators, success measures, and opportunities for improvement through facilitated workshops and discovery sessions.
    • Translate business processes and goals into measurable metrics and performance indicators.
  • Analytics & Insight Generation
    • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights using modern business intelligence tools.
    • Develop trusted reporting and analytics by working with data from various sources.
    • Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or datasets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Data Validation & Metric Governance
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions across reporting and analytics.
    • Support documentation of key performance indicators, including definitions, formulas, ownership, and rationale.
    • Contribute to a trusted source-of-truth semantic layer by collaborating on metric alignment.
  • Enablement & Storytelling
    • Deliver insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboard reviews.
    • Help build a data-driven culture by enabling teams to ask better questions and explore answers using business intelligence tools.
    • Support training and onboarding for teams new to self-service analytics tools.
    Qualifications & Experience
    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related field is required.
    • Certifications in data analysis are desirable but not mandatory.
    • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience working with modern business intelligence tools and a strong understanding of key performance indicators and performance measurement is essential.
    • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights is a must.
