Job Opportunity

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to provide critical support to our marketing operations. This role involves coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth operation of our fast-paced marketing and sales engine.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, high-level organization, and strong project coordination skills. Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Airtable or Trello is a plus.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Support: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, escalate questions to internal teams when necessary, and maintain accurate, friendly responses using templates and FAQs.
  • Beer Support Material Coordination: Serve as liaison between sales team and external design agency, ensuring beer support materials (POS, sell sheets, product one-pagers, etc.) are requested, complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Retail Program Execution: Track seasonal and evergreen retail promotions, manage customer-facing components, work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure program execution stays on track.
  • Sales Support Coordination: Track inbound marketing support requests from the sales team, circulate design drafts, collect feedback, and communicate deadlines.
  • Beer Data & Project Management: Manage Airtable databases to ensure accuracy and timeliness of beer stats, release info, and marketing assets.
