Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Professional to play a key role in building functional systems that enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in software engineering and expertise in Ruby or Python programming languages.

This position involves deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.

You will be responsible for executing and automating operational processes efficiently, accurately, and securely.

Responsibilities
  • Develop integrations requested by customers.
  • Deploy updates and fixes to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Provide technical support to resolve complex issues.
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
  • Develop software to integrate with internal systems.
  • Analyze production errors and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization and reporting.
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
  • Good knowledge of Ruby or Python programming languages.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent team player with effective communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
