This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a crucial role in improving the customer experience during a difficult time.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional solutions to simple requests, applying the latest customer service techniques, and learning our account management systems.

You will work as needed in response to disaster relief efforts, helping customers with service inquiries, learning common requests and solutions, and improving the customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
