We're looking for a talented Account Growth and Retention Specialist to join our team at Sprout Solutions. As a seasoned sales professional with a background in high technology, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth through strategic account management.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies that maximize the value delivered by Sprout's technology solutions. This includes building strong relationships with C-level executives at large multinational organizations, identifying new revenue opportunities, and developing targeted account plans to drive growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Sprout's technology solutions
  • Target account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth
  • Mastery and consistent execution of Sprout's enterprise sales targets

Candidates must possess:

  • 10+ years external experience with proven consultative sales in high technology (services, software or technology), with evidence of prior success in Sales.
  • Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships within large multinational organizations
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen
