Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Work from home and nightshift financial analyst role available.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and improving financial models, analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual financial results, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and building dashboards to monitor financial performance.

  • Maintain and improve complex financial models to support strategic decision making.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Design and implement effective reporting and dashboard tools to monitor financial performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
  • Strong proficiency with financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience working with accounting software for general ledger and transactional data.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
