The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related technical field, with experience in food manufacturing preferred. As a Global Technical Training Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of employees across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop qualification tools and manage qualification data to support the development of training standards.
  • Standards Development: Plan and monitor the full cycle of standards development from ideation to drafting, selection of test site/s (or lead model), up to reviews and approval.
  • Documentation and Dissemination: Ensure documentation of standard and tools, as well as document control during dissemination.

You will also be responsible for equipping Plant Leaders or System Owners on standard requirements and on the use of tools through training and qualification. Additionally, you will gather and analyze data and provide information on the effectiveness of standards implementation.

Requirements

  • Education: An engineering graduate or related technical course is required.
  • Experience: Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
  • Skills: Adept in the use of MS Office Suites; with inclination towards technical training, module development, and manufacturing standards development; communicable, adaptable, and innovative to be on a global team.
