Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a Night Shift Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to develop marketing strategies that meet sales and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct competitor research and share findings to inform campaign development.
  • Manage social media presence and email marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with various departments to achieve common goals.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, data upload, and data cleanup as needed.
  • Support creative initiatives such as events, training, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while resolving conflicts and making recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks including special projects, document design, meeting preparation, correspondence, contact list maintenance, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents.
  • Night shift schedule required.
