Senior Graphic Designer

Our team is looking for a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual assets that drive performance across various marketing channels.

Job Description:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing static creatives for Meta ads, updating and designing Shopify landing pages, and creating assets for Klaviyo email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the broader marketing team to deliver creative solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing compelling static creatives for Meta ad campaigns
  • Updating and designing Shopify landing pages to maintain a premium user experience
  • Creating assets for Klaviyo email marketing campaigns and automated flows
  • Ensuring all designs follow existing brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms
  • Interpreting and executing design briefs efficiently with a focus on performance and detail
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure creative alignment across channels
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably for eCommerce, health, wellness, or beauty brands
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a strong command of design systems, layout, and prototyping
  • Proven ability to design high-performing static creatives for Meta ads, including an understanding of what drives engagement and conversions
  • Strong experience in designing eCommerce landing pages (Shopify preferred), with a focus on UX, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency
  • Solid background in email design (Klaviyo experience preferred), including both campaign and flow-based marketing
  • Ability to understand performance briefs and translate business goals into visually compelling designs
  • Exceptional attention to detail – pixel-perfect execution is non-negotiable
