About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, assisting them in finding products, providing information on products, promotions, and services, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, promoting and upselling products to meet sales targets, processing customer transactions using the POS system, and assisting with promotions, events, and in-store campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a high level of store appearance, keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensure shelves are replenished and displays are attractive.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the store runs efficiently, attend team meetings and training sessions, and support other areas of the store as needed.
