Main Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and respond to their inquiries in a professional manner.
  2. Ensure that shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
  4. Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, receiving deliveries, and restocking shelves as needed.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe store environment by regularly cleaning aisles, product displays, and back-of-house areas.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  7. Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  8. Contribute to achieving sales targets and store goals through effective teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  2. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
  5. Basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system are required.
  6. A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.
