About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in training and education. As a Nurse Educator, you will design, create, and implement comprehensive training programs for registered nurses, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging and interactive training sessions for groups of registered nurses, incorporating adult learning principles and technology-based learning tools.
  • Evaluate the learning needs and skill gaps of registered nurses through surveys, assessments, and direct observation, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance their impact.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance outcomes, providing insights into program success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Nurse Educator, you will need:

  • An active USRN and PHRN license.
  • At least 1 year of hospital or clinical experience.
  • Familiarity with technology-based learning tools and platforms.
  • A strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards of care.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
