About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional who understands the fast-paced nature of digital marketing agencies. This key account manager position is central to our client's success, ensuring seamless campaign execution and operational excellence.

  • Job Description:

  • This role involves strategic client relationship ownership, including managing a portfolio of key accounts, leading client communications, and developing comprehensive client strategies.

  • You'll also be responsible for driving revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, analyzing client performance data, and presenting strategic recommendations to clients.

  • Additionally, you'll own the strategic direction of SEO and PPC campaigns, develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, and lead campaign optimization initiatives.

  • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, manage campaign budgets, and provide executive-level reports to clients.

  • This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex marketing data into clear business insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in strategic client management at digital marketing agencies with a proven track record of revenue growth and client retention.

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and presenting strategic marketing recommendations to senior business stakeholders.

  • Proven success in upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services with measurable revenue impact.

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, and integrated campaign strategy, including advanced familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization.

  • Experience leading client presentations and business reviews, with confidence presenting to executives and decision-makers.
