Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather and document feature ideas and requirements.

This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to elicit and explore feature ideas, as well as analyzing client needs and translating business requirements into detailed functional/technical specifications.

Main responsibilities include creating user stories for solution features and functions, adding them to the product backlog for prioritization and updates.

Additionally, this role requires collaborating with clients/users to gather feedback for improving the product's utility and experience.

Key Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience working in agile (scrum), cross-functional teams, delivering complex products and projects
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of business process mapping and data flow
