Online Catalog Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Online Catalog Manager to maintain and expand our growing online catalog of parts and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze price books and parts manuals to identify and structure product information.
  • Add and update products and parts into the system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Create and manage model-specific pages and link parts accurately to interactive diagrams.
  • Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories.
  • Ensure filtering, tagging, and sorting logic is applied correctly to support customer navigation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in online catalog management, content management, or product data entry.
  • Strong organizational and categorization skills.
  • Proficiency in working with product databases, diagrams, and online catalogs.
  • A basic understanding of B2B or hardware-related industries is beneficial.
