Job Title: Senior Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team at ESCA Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of delivering innovative structural designs for various construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Utilize advanced software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, and Autodesk to conduct meticulous structural analysis and ensure designs meet safety, performance, and durability standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural designs seamlessly into overall project plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and understanding throughout the project process.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Structural Design Engineer.
  • Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard software tools and a comprehensive understanding of relevant engineering codes and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess existing structures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
