Key Performance Designer

Transformative designers thrive on creating designs that captivate audiences while driving key performance metrics.

As a performance ad designer, you will shape visual output and drive measurable results. You'll analyze creative proposals and briefs to determine requirements, gather missing information, conceptualize visuals based on requirements, prepare rough drafts, and present ideas to stakeholders.

Designers in this role must stay up-to-date with platform trends, design standards, and creative best practices for performance advertising. They will continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to maximize ad effectiveness.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work.
  • Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • A deep understanding of how design choices impact ad performance, including knowledge of metrics and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with strategists, marketers, and other creatives.
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing visual appeal with performance objectives.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
