Lead Creative Producer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Creative Producer to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our Creative department.

A significant part of this role involves hands-on creation of compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp.

Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content is also required, as is experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking. A passion for history and education is highly desirable.

  • Lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for the Creative department.
  • Manage complex projects and coordinate creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the production workflow, ensuring all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, design, content) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining a high level of quality control throughout the production process.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of creative assets while meeting the highest standards of quality.
  • Developing and implementing effective workflows and processes to enhance efficiency within the creative team.

The successful candidate will be an adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs. A strong analytical mind, combined with excellent problem-solving skills, will enable the individual to interpret campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • A passion for history and education is highly desirable.
