Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide support to fulfill all manpower hiring requirements and assist in recruitment activities across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Prepare all necessary recruitment materials for hiring requirements.
  2. Post jobs to various sourcing channels and job portals.
  3. Source and screen candidates for all hiring needs.
  4. Conduct interviews and assess applicants' skills and experiences.
  5. Ensure seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.
  6. Monitor applicant progress and facilitate new hire onboarding.
  7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining files, accounts, trackers, templates, and guides.
  8. Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; experience in HR or recruitment is an asset.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Proficient in using G Suite applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude.
