Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper Admin to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their financial needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including document preparation and database updates.
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their accounting needs are met.
  • Ensuring all accounting documentation is accurately profiled and organized.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, executive assistant, accounting administration or a related field.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping procedures and best practices a plus.
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as XERO a plus.
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining databases.
