Key Responsibilities

You will contribute significantly to transforming raw data into actionable insights through the development of clear, insightful, and impactful reports. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data is effectively analyzed, visualized, and communicated to inform decision-making.

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Grafana, or Jaspersoft
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into report specifications
  • Ensure seamless data integration by working with data engineers and IT teams
  • Automate routine reports and implement scheduling systems for timely distribution
  • Monitor report performance and optimize data queries and models for responsiveness
  • Document methodologies, report structures, and data sources for knowledge-sharing
  • Support and train end-users on report interpretation and troubleshoot data access issues
  • Stay updated on analytics tools, trends, and best practices for continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar Report Developer or BI Analyst role
  • Proficient in reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Jaspersoft)
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and transformation
  • Experienced in report automation using Excel, VBA, and macros
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and performance tuning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong documentation and writing skills
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and database management
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus
