Job Description:

The Manager Financial Applications Support Role is part of a global team involved in supporting and managing enhancements to the internal Financial and HR applications used by CITCO. This includes, but is not limited to, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle Governance Risk & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor and support the Oracle Cloud Fusion applications for ERP/Finance modules (AP, PO, CM, AR, FA, AGIS, GL)
  • Management of a team of support analysts
  • Delivery of Enhancements/Change/Solutions (incl. POC's, Patches, Upgrades)
  • Oversight of Service Desk tickets and change requests for your area
  • Adherence to governance framework
  • Management of responsible enhancements via JIRA partnering with external partners where applicable for delivery
  • Proactively learn about upcoming releases and assess based on Finance strategies and direction
  • Creation/approval of design specs AN.100 using Oracle Unified Method
  • Execution of System Integration Testing
  • Support of UAT: Environment preparation
  • Bugs/Issues – Where things do not work as expected. Resolution via Service Desk, triaged by COE and escalated via Internal Support team, Oracle Support and 3rd Party Managed Support
  • System maintenance activities: New operating units, updating reference information
  • Security configurations and maintenance
  • Special Projects
