About the Role

This is a key role for a seasoned creative strategist who will be responsible for developing and implementing performance-driven creative strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze ad performance data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure creative work is relevant and effective.
  • Develop clear and compelling creative briefs that align with business objectives and drive results.
  • Manage the delivery of creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring quality, consistency and on-time delivery.
  • Review and approve content to ensure it meets high standards of quality, consistency and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the role of creativity in driving business results across paid media channels.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights to inform creative strategy.
