About the Role

As a seasoned audit professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in audit planning to identify risk areas, develop strategies, and design work programs.
  • Preparing time budgets and assessing staff requirements for audit engagements.
  • Reviewing the work of less experienced team members and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop efficient and effective audit strategies and approaches.
  • Identifying and assessing areas of risk, evaluating control effectiveness, and recommending improvements.
  • Assisting in preparing the annual audit plan based on risks and applicable requirements.
  • Following up with stakeholders on the status and implementation of corrective action plans.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audits and maintain high-quality standards. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and developing practical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering audit and assurance services.

  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and relevant professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA).
