Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support to healthcare professionals and patients, managing safety data, documenting incoming information, communicating with team members, developing leadership skills, building a positive team environment, and participating in training and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Manage safety data from various sources.
  • Document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails.
  • Communicate regularly with the local management team.
  • Develop leadership skills through training and mentoring.
  • Build a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and required language.
  • Excellent professional telephone behavioral skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Apply knowledge and expertise to contribute to process improvement.
